Every signal is kept in its original form, and every inference rests on the literal source behind it. Errors are reported as they are, with no softening. If it cannot be audited, the data does not exist.
An immutable audit trail. Every inference drawn from a signal — and therefore the decision to trigger Late Reveal to contact a person — mandatorily logs its technical metadata.
Factual evidence. The system stores the assignment method, the match quality, the executing model and, critically, the literal textual reason for the decision, anchored to its original source. If a regulator — or the prospect themselves — asks where the legitimate interest for the contact came from, REVsign can audit and prove it wasn’t a random cold email, but an action triggered by a public, structured, verifiable signal.
