Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
At REVsign, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of visitors to our website (www.revsign.com.ar) and of the data we process while operating REVsign OS for our clients.
1. Who we are and in what role we process data
REVsign processes personal data in two distinct roles:
- As data controller, with respect to website browsing data and anyone who contacts us commercially (for example, through the contact form).
- As data processor, with respect to data we process within REVsign OS on behalf of our clients (for example, B2B account and contact data the client loads into the platform, or public market signals associated with those accounts). In this role, the purposes and decisions about that data are determined by the client, under a separate data processing agreement.
2. Data we process
On the website:
- Contact information you voluntarily provide (name, email, message) when filling out a form.
- Cookies and browsing data, to improve the site experience.
Within REVsign OS (on behalf of our clients):
- Firmographic and B2B contact data for accounts the client manages (name, title, company, work email/phone).
- Public market signals associated with those accounts: technology stack changes, job postings, funding rounds, and news, scoped to the client’s active portfolio.
3. Sub-processors and international transfers
To operate REVsign OS we use third-party providers (sub-processors) that process data on our behalf. Some of these providers are hosted outside Argentina, primarily in the United States. By category, the current list includes:
| Provider category | Function |
|---|---|
| Database infrastructure | Storage of platform data |
| AI processing | Signal analysis and draft generation |
| Email notification delivery | Delivery of alerts and reports |
| B2B firmographic and contact data (Apollo) | Account and contact enrichment |
| Technology stack detection and public signal scraping | Technology and market change radar |
| Web application hosting (Vercel) | Platform hosting |
| Code version control | Private repository with change traceability |
The commercial name of each internal infrastructure provider is not published in this document for operational security reasons; it is available to any Client who requests it and is set out in the corresponding data processing agreement.
Where an international data transfer applies, it is carried out with reasonable contractual and technical safeguards in place with each provider (encryption, confidentiality agreements, restricted access).
4. Legal basis and purpose
We process personal data to: provide the contracted service, respond to commercial inquiries, and — for B2B data managed within REVsign OS — for the sales intelligence and prospecting purpose the client contracts for, based on the client’s legitimate interest in the context of a B2B commercial relationship, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable.
5. Security
- Per-client data isolation via Row Level Security policies at the database level.
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest.
- Cryptographic custody of the sources feeding the signal radar: what is analyzed is verifiably the same as what was originally archived.
- Confidentiality agreements with team members and providers who access data.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Upon termination of the commercial relationship with a client, B2B data processed on that client’s behalf is retained or deleted as agreed with that client.
7. No sale of data
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, or objection, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@revsignlab.com. If your data was added to REVsign OS by one of our clients acting as data controller, we will direct you to that client’s process where applicable.
9. Cookies
The site uses cookies to improve the browsing experience. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
10. Opting out of marketing communications
You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time via the link included in the footer of each email, or by writing to hola@revsignlab.com.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices or applicable regulations. We recommend reviewing it periodically. The last-updated date appears at the top of this document.
